ABOUT ME
Physiotherapy Cardiff
I am a Cardiff Physio, born in Cardiff but I spent my teen years growing up in Singapore. I moved back home to Cardiff to study my degree in Physiotherapy and I graduated from Cardiff University in 2013 with a BSc Physiotherapy. Since beginning my career, I have enjoyed gaining a breadth of experience working across different areas within Physiotherapy and have since specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy whilst gaining an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2022.

I focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I understand that no two people or injuries are the same, which is why I create a custom-made recovery and rehabilitation plan for each patient. No matter what you need, I am here to help you every step of the way.

Where to find me
At One
In the heart of Rhiwbina village, just off the main high street. We are easily accessible, only 5 min drive from the M4, 2-minute walk from the bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also have 5 parking spaces and 6 spaces in our bike shed (bring your own lock).

I will greet you at the front door to let you in at your appointment time. Please let me know in advance if you're unable to manage stairs and we can arrange use of the clinic room on the ground floor.
